Arif Simplifies is a one-person automation practice. Here's the story behind it.
I'm Arif. Arif Simplifies started as a way to build the automation systems that operations teams actually need — hands-on, by actually running them, not just studying them.
The builds go deep rather than staying surface-level: the lease abstraction pipeline, for example, has gone through several rounds of production hardening (deduplication, source-quote verification, error alerting) that only comes from actually running a system, not just building a demo.
Supplier discovery and scoring automation is one of the other systems in progress — a good example of the same pattern applying well beyond any single use case.
The long-term goal is to become a business automation strategist and AI solutions consultant — someone who can sit on the business side of a problem and the technical build side at the same time, instead of handing off between the two.
